In Jane Austen’s classic tale, Emma Woodhouse is a beautiful, clever, and wealthy young woman with a fatal flaw: she’s also a bit spoiled. With her beloved governess recently married, a bored Emma turns to a new hobby—matchmaking. She takes on a new project, a sweet but naive orphan named Harriet Smith, and attempts to orchestrate a marriage between her and the vicar, Mr. Elton.
